Today Libby brought her snails into class for us to look at. There were quite a few snails, including lots of baby snails. She had them in ice-cream containers and a shoe box. They had fresh lettuce to eat. Libby looked after her snails. They are definitely her new pets.
She decided to take them home to study them but she already knew quite a bit. We'll have to check in with Libby to find out what else she has learnt. We raced the snails and saw their long slimy snail trail. What a great visit. Thanks Libby.
